Celler Mir is a historic winery in Subirats, with a winemaking legacy dating back to 1776 and spanning 17 generations of the Mir family. Our project was born from a deep respect for the region and a desire to continue an exceptional story while adapting it to today’s values and demands. In 2020 we began a new chapter combining tradition and modernity, with a clear vision: to make high-quality vintage sparkling wines that are authentic and true to their origin. We practise 100% certified organic viticulture and control the entire process from vineyard to winery. We favour minimal-intervention winemaking, long ageing on the lees and limited production that prioritises quality over quantity. At Celler Mir, technological innovation is always at the service of wine and respect for nature. Each bottle reflects our commitment to terroir, history and time.
